Breeder guarantees puppy/dog for one year from date of birth against life threatening
Genetic defects. We warrant that to the best of our ability and knowledge, we have
produced a healthy “family pet”. Adopter understands that the following slight genetic
defects are not considered life threatening and therefore are not covered. Cherry eye,
undescended testicle, over bite, under bite, any and all dental related issues, grade 1-2
patella, small trachea, entropion, mange, (demodectic, sarcoptic, or cheyletiella.). This
guarantee does not cover any of the following treatable conditions; Internal parasites,
(coccidiosis, giardia, tapeworm, hookworm, roundworm, nor whipworm.) This health
guarantee does not cover kennel cough, pneumonia, ear or skin mites, hypoglycemia, or
allergies (skin or food).
If needed, we do have hernias repaired during the puppy’s first pet visit, to be determined by
my veterinarian. If the repair does not hold we will not be held responsible.
Should the puppy/dog develop a life threatening genetic defect within one year from birth,
the breeder will replace this puppy/dog with one of the same sex and equal value from a
future litter. If not available within 180 days, a full refund of the purchase price will be made.
Shipping, health certificates or exams are not included in the replace or refund. However, it is
the adopters responsibility to keep in contact with the breeder for the replacement of the
puppy/dog or if it is not available, for the refund excluding shipping, health certificates and
final exam.
We want to stress that until a puppy has had a full set of vaccinations, contact with any other
animals, people and even the ground should be restricted until after 16 weeks of age. As well
as until after the rabies vaccination. Avoid taking your new puppy to dog parks, pet stores, or
other public areas until fully vaccinated. Only a three day guarantee against any and all
communicable diseases such as parvo, distemper etc, from the time puppy/dog arrives to
his/her adopter.

All puppies will be 8 weeks old before they can be transferred to new owners. If owners live outside the state of Missouri, the puppy will be required to have another veterinarian exam at that time, so that a health certificate can be issued by our licensed veterinarian, certifying the puppy listed on the certificate meet the state of destination and federal interstate requirements.
Please be aware that all puppies are sold “as is”. We are unable to guarantee against “real
life” events

Any health defects found by my vet prior to transferring custody to the Adopter will be made
known to the Adopter and the Adopter has the option of a full refund. Adopter agrees to
have the puppy/dog examined by a licensed small animal vet within 48 hours of receipt of the
puppy/dog. NOTE: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT VETERINARIAN EXAMINATIONS FROM ANY
BANFIELD PET HOSPITAL OR ANY OTHER CHAIN STORE VETERANIANS.
At NO TIME can the Breeder be held responsible for vet fees or shipping expenses. Breeder
agrees puppy will have a minimum of 1 set of vaccinations and adopter agrees puppy will receive
any remaining vaccinations to be given by a licensed small animal vet. In the event of death
of puppy/dog, a Necropsy shall be performed by a licensed small animal vet to determine
exact cause of death. Necropsy paid for by the Adopter. The Necropsy report shall be made
available to breeder and breeder’s vet for review. THIS WILL BE DONE BEFORE REPLACEMENT
OR REFUND WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Adopter agrees to continue with regular vet visits, maintain good dental care and grooming.
Also, adopter agrees to feed premium high quality, age appropriate pet food. Any puppies that are traveling out of state will receive a 8 week vaccination. In this case, vaccinations
are NOT to be given prior to 10 days after puppy/dog’s arrival. A vaccination record will be given at the time of transfer.
All vet reports MUST have microchip identification.
A nonrefundable deposit of 100.00 is required, and this amount is included in the full price of the puppy. We accept certified check for the deposit and cash for the remainder at the time of pick up.
This puppy/dog is NOT guaranteed to be of show quality. We do not guarantee any
observable characteristics, temperament, color, size, or conformation. This contract is only
valid for the original Adopter. If this puppy/dog is rehomed, warranty is void. Breeder must
be notified and allowed to take back possession of puppy/dog before he/she is rehomed. No
monetary refund or replacement will be offered if puppy/dog is returned due to Adopter no
longer able to keep him/her. Registration papers (if registered) must accompany puppy/dog
if returned. Also, this puppy/dog is NOT to be adopted with the intent to sell.

This written agreement is a binding contract entered into in the STATE OF MISSOURI and is
the entire agreement between Adopter and Breeder concerning the health conditions or loss
of this puppy/dog. NO other contract whether written or implied, will supersede this
contract from Breeder to Adopter. Any legal dispute shall be dealt with in BARRY COUNTY,
in the STATE OF MISSOURI, per this agreement and subject to MISSOURI LAWS ONLY.
NO OTHER STATE OR COUNTY LAWS APPLY. Out of state laws are NOT per agreement and
guarantee. All attorney fees and court costs are the sole responsibility of the Adopter By
accepting the puppy/dog. Adopter agrees to the terms of this paragraph regardless of signing
and /or returning with proper required documentation. Failure to initial, sign, and return
ONLY VOIDS HEALTH GUARANTEE.
THIS CONTRACT MUST BE INITIALED, SIGNED AND RETURN PRIOR TO TAKING POSSESSION OF
THE PUPPY/DOG. VET REPORT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING
PUPPY/DOG OR HEALTH GUARANTEE ONLY WILL BE VOID. CONTRACT VOID IF ALTERED,
MARKED THROUGH OR CHANGED IN ANY WAY FROM ITS ORIGINAL CONTENT.
